Delete a game account and its data

Delete in the game or through support

1. Open the game whose account or data you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings and look for Account, Privacy, or Cloud Save, depending on the game.
3. Choose Delete Account, Delete Cloud Data, or the equivalent option when available.
4. Review what will be deleted and choose whether to remove local data too when that choice is offered.
5. Confirm the request, complete any required reauthentication, and wait for a success message.
6. If no deletion option is available or you cannot open the game, use the support email below and include the game title, platform, and app version.

What is deleted?

When a game provides an account, its deletion path removes the synchronized player profile and data associated with that account after any required verification. The game may revoke or unlink Apple or Google app access where platform APIs support it, but it does not delete the general platform account. Choosing local deletion removes local gameplay data and settings from the device.

Local-only deletion

A game may provide an option to reset progress or delete local data only. This does not delete cloud data unless the option expressly says so. Uninstalling a game or clearing its data may remove the local copy without deleting an account or cloud copy.

Purchases and subscriptions

If a game account includes a card wallet, deleting the account closes its wallet. Unused paid cards can no longer be used after closure, even if you keep this device’s local progress. Use your balance first or contact support if you need help before deletion. Deletion does not automatically refund purchases.

Deleting a game account or its data does not erase store purchase history or request a refund. It also does not automatically cancel an active subscription; cancel the subscription through the platform store settings before account deletion when applicable. Restorable purchases may remain associated with the store account, while consumable items that were delivered and used generally are not redelivered.

Limited retention

A limited record may remain for transaction verification, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations after the player profile is deleted. This record does not contain payment-card details, platform passwords, or sign-in secrets. The platform store retains its own records under its policies.

Request help by email

Send the game title, platform, app version, and a description of the request. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, or private keys. Reasonable verification may be required before acting on an account-related request.
