These terms apply to the games, apps, and related services published by Quiet Logic Games. Platform terms also apply where relevant.
These terms apply to all our games and their official features and services. iOS apps are licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement unless a store page presents another agreement, and Google Play or other applicable platform terms govern the copies they distribute. Platform requirements and mandatory law control in the event of a conflict.
A game may be free or paid and may include—depending on title and platform—local play, an optional account, cloud save, advertising, or in-app purchases. The store page and in-game interface describe the features available for that title.
Some events may include a public ranking and virtual in-game awards. Completing an eligible event automatically adds the result with the player name saved in the game profile; the platform-account name is not used. A safe alias is shown when the name is unsuitable for public display. Medals and virtual awards have no cash value, and manipulated or invalid results may be removed to protect fair play.
Purchases are completed through the platform store. The store purchase sheet shows price, currency, taxes, and product type before confirmation. The store processes payment, billing, receipts, and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Quiet Logic Games does not receive payment-card details.
Products may be consumable, non-consumable, or subscriptions as identified by the store. Eligible products can be restored through a Restore Purchases option when the game provides one, while consumable items that were delivered and used generally are not redelivered. If a game offers a subscription, its renewal period, price, and cancellation method are shown before purchase.
When a game offers paid cards, they are optional consumable purchases whose use and cost are shown before use. A connection may be required to verify the balance. Recovering verified purchases does not grant used items again. Review how account deletion affects your remaining balance before confirming deletion.
Do not disrupt our games or services, access systems without authorization, bypass security or purchases, manipulate ranking results, abuse advertising, or exploit a game in a way that harms players or service providers. Do not automate ad clicks or generate invalid traffic.
Quiet Logic Games titles, designs, software, and content remain the property of their rights holders. You receive a limited, non-transferable personal-use license under the store or platform agreement; this does not transfer ownership of a game or its content.
Games, features, device requirements, and network services may change or become unavailable. Some features may require connectivity, a platform account, or a current version. We aim to explain material changes through the store page or in the game.
To the extent permitted by law, games and services are provided as available without a guarantee that every network service will remain available or that software will be error-free. These terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using any game and remove its local copy. If a game provides an account, you can request deletion through the path described on the account-deletion page. Deleting a game account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the store settings.
