Quiet Logic Games Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to Quiet Logic Games titles, apps, and official resources. Features vary by title, so sections about accounts, cloud save, advertising, or purchases apply only when a game includes that feature.

2. Company website

The company website serves static information and email links. It has no account registration, input form, advertising, or analytics service. Opening an email link uses your chosen email app; the website does not send a message automatically.

3. Local game data

Our games may store progress, preferences, settings, and related game state on your device. Uninstalling a game, clearing its data, or using a reset option may remove the local copy.

4. Optional accounts and saves

Some games may offer a game-specific account or optional cloud save to synchronize progress, settings, and recovery data. A player may choose an in-game name that is stored with the game profile so it remains available after recovery on another device. A supported platform account may be linked for recovery, but we do not copy the Apple or Google account name or email address into the player profile, and the profile does not contain the platform password or sign-in secret.

Deleting a game account does not delete your general Apple, Google, or other platform account. The account-deletion page explains the request path and any limited retention required for security or legal reasons.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

Some free games may display advertising. When a game uses Google Mobile Ads or a consent platform such as Google UMP, the provider may process—depending on region, consent, device settings, and ad mode—IP address, device or advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, ad interactions, and performance or diagnostic data to provide and measure ads and prevent fraud.

A game provides consent or advertising privacy choices when required by region or platform. Its store listing or in-game notice describes title-specific use before a material change applies.

6. Platform-store purchases

Some games may offer optional purchases. The platform store processes purchase requests, payment methods, billing, taxes, receipts, and refunds under your store account and settings. Quiet Logic Games does not receive the full payment-card number, expiration date, or security code.

The platform may provide a product identifier, transaction or entitlement status, a limited transaction identifier, and storefront information needed to deliver a purchase, prevent duplicate delivery, and provide support. When protected verification is needed, signed purchase data may be submitted temporarily and limited verification metadata retained; we do not retain the raw signed transaction or receipt unless law or a dispute requires otherwise.

7. Product analytics and public event ranking

Our games may record a limited set of interaction events needed to understand product quality, such as opening the game, starting or completing early levels, choosing difficulty, opening the shop, using a hint, and opening or completing the daily event. Results are aggregated into daily counts; first-seen day, last-seen day, and day-one/day-seven retention flags may be kept with the game-account identifier. This measurement does not include board paths, raw purchase receipts, or email addresses; the saved player name is processed only for the profile and public ranking described below.

After an eligible daily event is completed, the result is added automatically to the public ranking with the player name chosen and saved in the game profile, together with the event result, duration, and rank. We do not use an Apple or Google account name, email address, or internal account identifier. If a player name is unsuitable for public display, such as an email, phone number, or link, a safe game-generated alias is shown instead. The public name is bound to the game account, existing results resolve to the current name, and associated data is deleted when account deletion completes.

8. Sharing and service providers

Platform stores and providers for advertising, consent, hosting, and security process information needed for the features each game uses under their policies and terms. They may process information in other countries through their infrastructure and legal safeguards. Quiet Logic Games does not sell player progress profiles. Limited information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect security and rights.

For games with a purchase balance, providers for accounts, cloud saves, purchase verification, and balance hosting process the game-account identifier and purchase information needed for verification, delivery, recovery, and sales analytics. Purchases do not require you to give us your platform password or payment-card details.

9. Retention, security, and choices

Local data remains until you reset it, clear it, or remove the game. Synchronized data remains until in-game deletion or an approved support request is completed, unless limited retention is necessary to prevent fraud, duplicate delivery, or meet a legal obligation. Each store and service provider retains its own records under its policies.

Depending on the game and its features, you may be able to export local data, reset progress, delete a cloud account, manage advertising consent, or restore eligible purchases. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law provides those rights.

10. Children

Our games do not ask children to submit personal information directly to the company. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied personal information should contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our games, features, or requirements change. We will post the new effective date here and may provide an additional in-game or store-listing notice when appropriate.
